The perfect location for events

Across from COEX, it was perfect for my meetings. The breakfast buffet offered a good variety, and the hotel was well-maintained and clean.

I found the room quite small, and the check-in policy was inflexible, even with available rooms. This made my arrival a bit frustrating.

The staff are affable and great.

The hotel has excellent and convenient location just next door to public transport and shopping centre, shopping centre and starfield coax mall. Gangnam-Gu district was worth visiting...

The hotel's location in Samseong Dong offers easy access to COEX and public transport, which I found convenient. I enjoyed the breakfast buffet every morning. It had a variety of delicious options that kept my mornings exciting. The room cleaning service was excellent too. They cleaned our room even late in the afternoon. I faced some significant issues. The first room I was assigned had a strong cigarette smell, leading to an uncomfortable start. After being moved to a second room, I encountered a sewage smell, disappointing. The noise from the neighboring room disturbed my sleep as well, with loud guests talking late into the night. Despite these problems, the staff's support in switching rooms was appreciated, but it didn't fully compensate for the inconveniences I faced .

Loved our 4 nights here. Location: the hotel was near to the mall, station, city bus stops, and the airport shuttle, the subway and coex, and public transport and shopping centre. Btw, it was at a short distance from Slipstream Sculpture: )

Marvellous location near a train station, you can walk everywhere. All the stuff members are fabulously friendly and pleasant. Overall the room is fairly quiet, bright and includes a private safe, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels and a fridge.

The hotel's location is excellent, just across from COEX and close to subway stations. I enjoyed the great breakfast buffet with a variety of delicious options, and the room was clean with attentive daily service.

The lobby is on the 21st floor.

There were central heating, a safe box and multi-channel TV in the rooms, which made them great-sized. It overlooked city...

I enjoyed my stay, especially the amazing breakfast buffet with delicious noodle options and the cleanliness of the room. the lifts were often slow, which was a bit frustrating.

Decent Stay with Room for Improvement

The location proved convenient for my business needs. The air conditioning in the hotel and my room struggled to provide relief from the heat. I appreciated the breakfast options, but the towels felt cheap. Future guests might want to check the AC units before settling in.

All good, fulfills its purpose. The staff's friendliness and helpfulness were a standout feature.

My stay at Shilla Stay Samsung Coex Center in Seoul was interesting for 3 nights. the breakfast offered a variety of options, and the staff was consistently good. the hotel's location was perfect for our visit to a 73rd-floor observatory, only a 10-15 minutes' walk away. being close to an underground station made it easy for us to access different parts of the city. A highly recommended place for anyone visiting Seoul!

Wi-fi was fast, and I loved the fitness center. The bar area was too small.

We had a great time here, everything felt brand-new. the location was fantastic and the staff were amazing! Exploring the Gangnam-Gu district was a highlight 🌟.

The room was tidy with easy subway access. Had a super comfy bed and loved the cleaning service that kept the place fresh even late in the day.
